Chef Digby Stridiron

Meet our executive chef at AMA Chef Digby Stridiron.
Digby grew up on the North Shore and is a native to St.Croix. His cuisine focuses on culture and indigenous foodways. At AMA, Digby’s menu will highlight sustainable seafood.
The 2018 “Caribbean Chef of the Year” is also the founder of the West Indian Chefs Alliance an organization which unites like minded chefs from across the Caribbean.
Digby’s second restaurant AMA comes a few months after his opening of Braata which was recently recognized as one of the top 50 restaurants in the Caribbean.
